Lough Derg is an ideal, picturesque location for learning to sail. Courses are available for all levels of sailing, from introductory courses, to more advanced. If you haven’t sailed in years, this is also the perfect place to re-aquaint yourself with the sport.
Wetsuits and buoyancy aids can be supplied, or bring your own, plus suitable footwear – ideally enclosed booties. Training normally takes place using club boats, so it is not necessary to have your own.

we hope to run adult coaching courses on the weekends listed on thee booking form Adult Courses.
There will be a short introductory session on Friday evening (6 ~ 9 pm), a session on Saturday (10 am – 4 pm approx.), and a final session on Sunday afternoon (1:30 – 4:30 pm) . The cost for the weekend is € 150 for members & €250 for non member.
